STUDIO RULES
DO NOT stand on the curve of the cyc wall or lean anything against the back of the wall- please stand at least a foot off from the curve when using the cyc. Any damages to the cyc wall begin at $500.
Pets allowed (Please consult with us beforehand)
No animals allowed on furniture
No food or colored beverages on furniture
No Smoking/Vaping
No alcohol
No drugs or illegal activities
No glitter
When booking, allow for adequate time to reset the space, leave the space as you found it.
Feel free to play music during your session at a respectable volume. NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC
SECURITY CAMERAS - We have security cameras inside the space, please use the privacy screen (room divider) or the restroom outside the unit to change.
DAMAGES - You will be accounted and charged for any and all damages to the space, equipment, or furniture.
INJURIES - We are not liable for injuries and renter takes full responsibility
PARKING - There is free street parking available and a parking lot attached to the 2232 building right across from 3 Daughters Brewery.
PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. After your booking ends we do have a 15 minute grace period to finish resetting the room - if you exceed those 15 minutes you will be invoiced for an additional hour. If the studio is left a mess, a cleaning fee may be charged.
Cancellations: If you find that within 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking, you require less time or need to reschedule/change your booking, we are happy to accommodate your needs. In such cases, we can re-credit the hours originally booked.
However, please note that on the day of your booking, any adjustments or cancellations may not be feasible. Once your reserved hours have commenced, we are unable to allocate them to another client. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all our valued clients and to maintain our commitment to providing timely and reliable service.
All ages are allowed in the space but renters take on full responsibility on verifying the actual age of individuals who they are photographing an/or filming and complying with all of Florida Laws
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved - but please do a reset upon your exit, putting everything back in it’s place.
Plants could be moved gently with care.
We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking
Wall decorations cannot be removed.
Fog / Smoke machines allowed
No full Nudity allowed
No Pornography of any kind
TERMS OF SERVICE
Use of Sunshine City Studios and Equipment, owned by Sunshine City Studios, is AT RENTER’S OWN RISK. Renter hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises. Renter agrees to leave the studio, equipment and adjacent grounds in the same condition, as they were when Renter arrived. Renter is solely responsible for any legal infractions Renter or members of Renter’s party make during the conduct of the shoot, be they in our studio or elsewhere. This includes parking tickets, all other violation or citations, and legal action resulting from the conduct of the shoot, taken at whatever time. Renter agrees to hold harmless Sunshine City Studios , its owner, agents, representatives, and contractors acting on Sunshine City Studios behalf for any loss, accident or injury to Renter’s self or anyone who accompanies renter while on our premises.
Renter understands that if Sunshine City Studios observes dangerous or negligent practices or activities that are being engaged in by the Renter and/or the Renter's party, Sunshine City Studios reserves the right to stop the shoot / event and require Renter and Renter’s party to leave immediately – HOWEVER, Studio assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases. Renter agrees to hold Sunshine City Studios, its agents, representatives, and anyone acting on behalf of Sunshine City Studios completely harmless from any action, legal or otherwise, that results from Renter’s conduct. Renter is solely responsible for verifying that all persons employed by Renter during Renter’s rental period with Sunshine City Studios are of legal age for the activities they are to be engaged in. Sunshine City Studios has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the Renter’s activities but reserves the right to end those activities if it becomes aware that legal age violations are on going.
Sunshine City Studios is not responsible for any personal items left behind in the studio by the Renter or Renter’s party. If items are left without notice, it will be disposed of at the end of the Renter’s booking.
